We believe that effective behaviour support starts with understanding the individual and their environment. We take the time to get to know each person - their story, their values, and goals. Support is designed collaboratively and build on respect, trust, and inclusion. Our aim it not to "manage" behaviour. but to expand opportunities for participation, connection, and choice. We aim to create lasting change by building capacity within the individual and their support network. This means devloping skills, adjusting environments, and nurturing positive relationships so that people can live, learn, and participate on their own terms
With over twenty-five years of experience supporting people with additional support needs, we specialise in positive behaviour support for young adults transitioning from school into their lives after school. We work with the individual and their supports, to develop support based on interests, strengths, and skills, to build a life that works for them.We are passionate about building supportive environments where individuals can thrive, learning new skills, forming relationships, and enjoying activities that give life meaning.
